This is Kadir Kaja Mohideen. I am certified by Ontario College of Teachers to teach at Junior, Intermediate and
Senior levels. I have more than 12 years of experience in curriculum planning, innovation and implementation. I always believe in creating and effectively maintaining student-centered
learning environments. I have degrees in Science as well as in Education. I started my career as a teacher and worked in several countries including India,
United Arab Emirates and East Africa (Uganda) with very diverse society.
I worked in the manufacturing sectors also in different levels as Quality
Control Inspector, Quality Assurance Technician, Research Chemist as well as Quality Assurance supervisor. I am working as an occasional teacher with Peel District School Board as well as Long term Occasional
teacher with Toronto District School Board. I am also working with Peel District
School Board as an International Language Teacher and Night School Teacher. In addition,
I am working with Toronto District School Board as a Summer School Teacher. I consider professional development is
vital to the teaching career.
I am an active cricket player and the umpire.
I like to participate in community and cultural activities. I am an active
member of Spelling Bee of Canada. My other hobbies are reading and cycling. .
